Chanelle founded Core People Solutions with one simple idea: HR should make running your business easier, not harder.
After years of working in HR, she knew there was a better way to support businesses, one that felt more personal, practical and focused on finding a solution rather than making things more complicated.
CIPD-qualified and experienced in everything from the everyday people stuff to the situations that make you think “I have absolutely no idea what to do here”, Chanelle works alongside business owners to take the pressure off. Whether it’s a difficult employee situation, getting the right processes in place or simply having someone to sense check a decision with, there’s always a way forward.
And while Chanelle leads Core People Solutions, she doesn’t do it alone. The wider team is there to keep everything moving behind the scenes, from HR admin and documentation to ongoing support, meaning our clients get the personal service of working with a small consultancy, with a team behind them when they need it.
